Assay Principle
Peptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources; ammonium sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride and calcium chloride to maintain the growth of a variety of ions and osmotic pressure balance in favor of the target organisms; potassium dihydrogen phosphate and hydrogen phosphate sodium as a buffer; sodium sulfite and sodium deoxycholate as selective antimicrobial agents. Formulation (per liter) : Peptone 10.0g Manganese sulfate 0.5mg Zinc sulfate 0.5mg Magnesium sulfate 0.1g Sodium chloride 5.0g Calcium chloride 50.0mg Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.9g Disodium hydrogen phosphate 6.2g Sodium sulfite 40.0mg Sodium deoxycholate 1.0g MUG 75mg Final pH7.3 ± 0.1
Storage Conditions
Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
Recommended Usage
