Description
NOTA, i.e. 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid is a bifunctional chelating agent which acts as the framework to construct PET imaging tools. It is also used for probe design and signal amplification via the multivalent effect and also has potential applications as diagnostic gallium radiopharmaceuticals.
