Bovine CXCL9 (MIG) ELISpot

• Background:

  CXCL9 belongs to the CXC chemokine family. It is also commonly known as Monokine Induced by Gamma interferon (MIG) . CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant induced by IFN gamma. It is closely related to two other CXC chemokines -CXCL10 and CXCL11.

• Description:

  Bovine CXCL9 (MIG) ELISpot contains Capture Antibody, Standard Control, and Detection Antibody for development of up to two (2) ELISpot assays. Other required materials and reagents are not supplied. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISpot with the Standard Control provided. Components may also be purchased separately.
