  CXCL9 belongs to the CXC chemokine family. It is also commonly known as Monokine Induced by Gamma interferon (MIG) . CXCL9 is a T-cell chemoattractant induced by IFN gamma. It is closely related to two other CXC chemokines -CXCL10 and CXCL11.

  The Human CXCL9 (MIG) ELISA contains capture antibody, standard, and detection antibody for development of a Human CXCL9 ELISA. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISA with the standard provided. Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. This allows for complete flexibility to provide optimal dynamic range and sensitivity based on your sample type. The Human CXCL9 ELISA can also be used to measure Chimpanzee CXCL9.
