Description
Ac-ANW-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate that selectively measures the activity of the immunoproteasome subunit β5i/LMP7. Upon enzymatic cleavage, it releases the fluorescent AMC molecule (excitation/emission ~350/450 nm), enabling real-time kinetic analysis in both in vitro and cell-based assays for immunology and inflammation research.
