Description

DMAO is a cell-permeable fluorescent dye (Ex/Em 490/540 nm) for staining DNA in both viable and non-viable bacteria. It is widely applied in microbiology for in vitro viability assays and in vivo imaging within model organisms to study bacterial colonization and host-pathogen interactions.
