Description
OTX-2002 is an mRNA encoding two bifunctional fusion proteins (ZFBD-MQ1 and ZFBD-KRAB) . It targets regulatory elements of the MYC gene and induces methylation of DNA and histones, leading to the downregulation of MYC expression.
