Description
PDHK1-IN-1 (compound 17) is a selective PDHK1 inhibitor (IC50 = 1.5 μM) that blocks phosphorylation of PDC E1α at Ser232 and Ser293, reversing PDHK1-mediated suppression of oxidative metabolism. This tool compound is used in cancer metabolism research to study the Warburg effect and has demonstrated anticancer properties in cellular assays.
