Description
DS-103 is a pan-HDAC inhibitor active against HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, HDAC6, and HDAC8. It demonstrates cytotoxic effects in cancer cell lines like A2780 and Cal27, reverses cisplatin resistance, and acts synergistically with cisplatin to enhance apoptosis. It also exhibits antiplasmodial activity against Plasmodium falciparum.
