Description
Argyrin F is a cyclopeptide with antitumor activity, applicable in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) research. It inhibits proliferation, migration, and invasion by stabilizing p27kip1, upregulating p21, and reducing COX2, partially through apoptosis and EMT modulation, as shown in in vitro studies.
