Bfl-1-IN-5 ((R, R, S) -26) is a potent and selective Bfl-1 inhibitor (IC50 = 22 nM) . It induces caspase-3/7 activity (EC50 = 370 nM) and reduces viability in SU-DHL-1 lymphoma cells (EC50 = 1.3 μM), making it a useful chemical probe for studying Bcl-2 family protein function and apoptosis mechanisms in cancer research.
