FO-4-15 is a small molecule activator of the mGluR1/CaMKIIα pathway. It demonstrates neuroprotective effects against oxidative stress in SH-SY5Y cells in vitro and improves cognitive function in Alzheimer's disease mouse models by reducing Aβ, p-Tau, and synaptic damage.
