XJTU-L453 is a potent and selective PI3Kα inhibitor (IC50 = 0.4 nM) that suppresses proliferation in breast cancer cell lines like T47D and MCF7. It induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis by disrupting the PI3K pathway and shows significant antitumor efficacy in MCF7 xenograft mouse models.
