Description

QS-57 is a bifunctional small molecule that acts as a PROTAC degrader of BRD4 and a molecular glue recruiter of 14-3-3 proteins. It is a chemical probe used in vitro and in vivo to study targeted protein degradation and transcription regulation in cancer and disease models.
