Description
AF3485 is a selective mPGES-1 inhibitor that suppresses tumor growth by blocking PGE2 production and downstream EGFR, VEGF, and FGF-2 signaling. It has demonstrated anti-angiogenic and anti-tumor efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo A431 xenograft mouse models.
