Description

CK-963 is a small molecule activator of cardiac troponin C (cTnC) with a K i of 11.5 μM. It has been shown to enhance cardiac contractility in Sprague-Dawley rats, making it a useful research tool for studying heart failure and inotropic mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo models.
