Description
GAPDH-IN-1 (Compound F8) is a covalent GAPDH inhibitor with an IC50 of 39.31 μM. It acts by displacing NAD+ from the active site and covalently modifying an aspartic acid residue, which concurrently sensitizes the catalytic cysteine to thiol-reactive probes. This inhibitor is a useful chemical tool for studying glycolytic inhibition and redox signaling in cellular models.
