Description
Top1/2-IN-1 (Compound 23) is an orally active dual topoisomerase I/II inhibitor. It exerts antiproliferative effects in vitro by inducing DNA damage, ROS elevation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. The compound has also demonstrated in vivo antitumor efficacy in xenograft mouse models.
