Description
PF15 TFA is a CRBN-based PROTAC that selectively degrades FLT3-ITD with a DC50 of 76.7 nM. It inhibits proliferation and downstream signaling in FLT3-ITD+ cells and has demonstrated efficacy in reducing tumor growth in murine models of acute myeloid leukemia.
