Description
INF200 (compound 5) is a sulfonylurea-based NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor. In vitro, it reduces IL-1β secretion from human macrophages at 10 μM. In vivo, it improves cardiometabolic parameters, reduces systemic inflammation, and protects against cardiac dysfunction in a rat model of diet-induced metaflammation and ischemia/reperfusion injury.
