(±) -11 (12) -DiHET is a quantitative mass spectrometry standard for the oxylipin formed by soluble epoxide hydrolase hydration of 11 (12) -EET. This vicinal diol is used in lipidomics research to study eicosanoid pathways in cardiovascular and inflammatory models, both in vitro and in vivo. The gravimetrically prepared solution is supplied with a certificate of analysis for guaranteed concentration and purity.
