PDK-IN-1 (compound 7o) is a dual inhibitor of pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDK1) and HSP90 with IC50 values of 0.03 μM and 0.1 μM, respectively. It targets the PDH/PDK axis and has demonstrated significant antitumor efficacy by reducing tumor mass in in vivo studies.
