Description
MRS8054 is an orally bioavailable positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of the A3 adenosine receptor. It potentiates agonist-stimulated G-protein activity, as shown in [35S]GTPγS binding assays, and is a research tool for studying A3AR in inflammation, cancer, and ischemia-reperfusion injury models.
