Description
BCX-1898 is a selective, orally active cyclopentane-based neuraminidase inhibitor. It demonstrates broad-spectrum in vitro antiviral activity against influenza A and B viruses in MDCK cells and has shown protective efficacy in mouse models of influenza infection.
