NLG802 is an orally administered prodrug of the IDO1 inhibitor indoximod. It works by blocking the conversion of tryptophan to kynurenine, thereby reversing tumor-mediated immunosuppression and promoting anti-tumor immune responses in preclinical cancer research models.
