Description
SMTIN-P01 is a mitochondria-targeted Hsp90 inhibitor derived from PU-H71, where a triphenylphosphonium group replaces the isopropylamine to direct it to mitochondria. It is used in research to study mitochondrial proteostasis and has been applied in both in vitro and in vivo models of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
