Description
OM137 is a small molecule Aurora kinase inhibitor. At high concentrations, it exhibits growth-inhibitory activity in cultured cells and, at lower doses, synergistically enhances the anti-proliferative effect of paclitaxel. It is used in cancer research, particularly in studies investigating mitotic disruption and combination therapies, both in vitro and in vivo.
