PF-06250112 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) with an IC50 of 0.5 nM. It also potently inhibits the related kinases BMX and TEC. This inhibitor is a valuable research tool for studying B-cell signaling pathways in both in vitro and in vivo models of autoimmune diseases and B-cell malignancies.
