Description
Compound 48/80 trihydrochloride is a synthetic condensation polymer known as a potent mast cell degranulator and histamine secretagogue. It is widely used in pharmacological research, both in vitro and in vivo, to study allergic responses, anaphylaxis, and mast cell function, and it also inhibits phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C in platelets.
