Description
NSC 109555 is a potent and selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of Chk2 (IC50 = 0.2 μM) with minimal activity against Chk1. It inhibits histone H1 phosphorylation and mitochondrial ATP synthesis, demonstrating antiproliferative effects in leukemia models both in vitro and in vivo.
