Description
ISPA-28 is a selective, reversible antagonist of the plasmodial surface anion channel (PSAC) through direct binding to the CLAG3 protein. It is a valuable research tool for studying nutrient uptake in malaria parasites and has been used in both in vitro and in vivo experiments to investigate parasite physiology and potential chemotherapeutic strategies.
