Description
AV-101 (4-Cl-KYN) is a prodrug that acts as an NMDA receptor glycine site antagonist. It exhibits antidepressant-like effects in preclinical models and has been shown to attenuate levodopa-induced dyskinesia in MPTP-lesioned primate models of Parkinson's disease.
