Description
This small molecule is a potent negative allosteric modulator of KCa2 (SK) channels, exhibiting an IC50 of 1.1 μM against KCa2.3 and shifting its calcium sensitivity. It has demonstrated antiarrhythmic potential in preclinical studies, prolonging atrial refractoriness and reducing atrial fibrillation duration in animal models without affecting ventricular function.
