Description
CBP/p300-IN-18 is a potent and selective dual inhibitor of the histone acetyltransferases EP300 and CBP, with IC50 values of 0.056 μM and 0.46 μM against H3K27 acetylation, respectively. This small molecule is a valuable chemical probe for epigenetic research, enabling the investigation of p300/CBP HAT function in cancer and other disease models both in vitro and in vivo.
