EN106 is a covalent, cysteine-targeting small molecule that potently inhibits FEM1B, disrupting its interaction with the reductive stress sensor FNIP1. This tool compound enables the study of the FEM1B-FNIP1 pathway in cellular and in vivo models of redox biology and related diseases.
