Description
IOWH-032 is a synthetic small molecule inhibitor of the CFTR chloride channel. It has been investigated in preclinical research for the treatment of secretory diarrheal diseases, including cholera, with studies demonstrating its efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo animal models of fluid secretion.
