Description
VU0361737 (ML-128) is a selective positive allosteric modulator of mGlu4 with EC50 values of 240 nM for human and 110 nM for rat receptors. It shows weak activity at mGlu5 and mGlu8, is inactive at other mGlu subtypes, crosses the blood-brain barrier, and is used in Parkinson's disease research involving in vitro and in vivo experiments.
