  The assay recognizes natural human IL-2. To define specificity of this IL-2 antibody pair, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested ( IL-1a, IL-1b, IL-10 IL-12, IFNg, IL-4, IL-6, TNFa, IL-8 and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-2 antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
