The assay recognizes natural human IL-1b. To define specificity, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1a, IL-2, IL-10, IL-12, IL-17A, IL-23, IFNg, Gp130, IL-33, TNFa) This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-1b antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
