  The assay recognizes natural human IL-12p70. To define the specificity several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1a, IL-1b, IL-10, IL-12p40, IFNg, IL-4, IL-6, TNFa, IL-8 and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent human IL-12p70 antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
