Description
The small chemotactic cytokine CCL4 (MIP-1 beta) is a chemoattractant for natural killer cells, monocytes and a variety of other immune cells. CCL4 is involved in several inflammatory and autoimmune diseases including viral infection such as HIV-1/AIDS. Mouse CCL4 Recombinant Protein is purified chemokine ligand 4 (CCL4, MIP-1 beta) produced in yeast.

Target Description
Chemokine ligand 4 (CCL4) is a small chemotactic cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as macrophage inflammatory protein-1β (MIP-1 beta). There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup reported for mammals. They are characterized by two adjacent cysteines. CC chemokines induce the migration of monocytes and other cell types such as NK cells and dendritic cells. CCL4 (MIP-1 beta) is a chemoattractant for natural killer cells, monocytes and a variety of other immune cells. CCL4 is involved in several inflammatory and autoimmune diseases including viral infection such as HIV-1/AIDS.
