Description
D-GsMTx4 TFA is a selective peptide inhibitor of mechanosensitive Piezo2 and TRPC1/6 channels, blocking cationic stretch-activated channels. It reduces LPC-induced astrocyte toxicity and microglial reactivity and has demonstrated protective effects against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in vivo, making it a valuable research tool for studying mechanotransduction in physiology and disease.
