Description
Hexa-D-arginine TFA (Furin Inhibitor II TFA) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the proprotein convertase furin, with additional activity against PACE4 and PC1. It is widely used in vitro to study proteolytic processing in viral pathogenesis, cancer, and bacterial toxin activation, and has been applied in vivo to investigate related disease models.
