Description
MSG606 TFA is a selective small molecule that acts as a potent MC1R antagonist (IC50 = 17 nM) and a partial agonist at MC3R and MC5R. It binds to A375 melanoma cells in vitro and shows in vivo efficacy by selectively reversing induced hyperalgesia in female murine models, supporting research in melanocortin receptor pharmacology and pain studies.
