Description
SAAP-148 is a synthetic antimicrobial peptide with demonstrated efficacy against multidrug-resistant pathogens, including MRSA and A. baumannii. In vitro studies confirm broad-spectrum activity, while in vivo mouse infection models show it significantly reduces skin bacterial loads at topical concentrations of 0.125-2% w/w.
