740 Y-P acetate is a cell-permeable, potent activator of PI3K that selectively binds to GST-p85 SH2 domain fusion proteins. It is widely used in biochemical and cellular research to investigate PI3K/Akt signaling pathways in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
