Applications Notes
ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Tonsil, Thymus, Lymph Node and Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 33.4kDa according to NP_116171.3) . In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing HAVCR2 a band of approx. 35kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1.0 μg/ml.
