FGF-10
Description :
Fibroblast Growth Factor-10 (FGF-10) is a heparin binding growth factor which stimulates the proliferation and activation of cells that express FGF receptors. FGF-10 is most related to KGF/FGF-7 and is expressed during development and preferentially in adult lungs. Human FGF-10 is a 19.3 kDa protein containing 170 amino acid residues.Synonyms :

The lyophilized FGF-10 should be reconstituted in water to a concentration not lower than 50 μg/ml. For long term storage we would recommend to add at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.Purity :

The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of thymidine uptake by BaF3 cells expressing FGF- receptors is ≤ 0.5 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥ 2 x 106 units/mg.Length :
