  DA-11004 is a potent NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase inhibitor (IC50: 1.49 ?M for IDPc) . DA-11004 inhibited fatty acid synthesis in adipose tissues via IDPc inhibition. It also decreased the plasma glucose levels and FFA in HF diet-induced obesity of C57BL/6J mice.
