• Description:

  ML-365 is a potent and selective TASK-1 (K2P3.1/KCNK3) channel blocker (IC₅₀ values are 4 and 390 nM at TASK-1 and TASK-3, respectively). Displays little or no inhibition at Kir2.1, voltage-gated potassium channels, KCNQ2 and KV11.1 (hERG).
